Claytor Lake Triathlon
SAL’s Virginia Tech Chapter recently volunteered at a triathlon that took place about 40 minutes from campus. Members were involved in giving participants their tracking chips, writing numbers on them, directing bikes, and directing runners.
Said Chapter Vice President Sydni Koch: “The results of this activity were positive. We were successfully able to contribute to the overall triathlon and the participants appreciated the help and support! Different members took part in different types of the activities and everyone enjoyed their time.”
