2018 Food Fight Against Hunger

2018’s Food Fight Against Hunger event has come to a close, and we’re proud of all the work that members accomplished!

Thanksgiving Meals

Sharing a meal is one of the best ways to bond as a group, and SAL used the Thanksgiving holiday as a great opportunity to do just that.

Virginia Tech

Bald Knob SAL chapters do a lot of service projects, but other times it is great for members to celebrate a common interest and just enjoy getting to know one another. Virginia Tech’s SAL chapter took advantage of a beautiful day to ride up to Bald Knob by Mountain Lake.

The Big Event

A Day to Serve The Big Event is a big deal on many college campuses where students are able to serve in the community. Every year, multiple Sigma Alpha Lambda chapters participate in this initiative.

Virginia Tech

Montgomery County Christmas Store SAL’s Virginia Tech Chapter sent a few volunteers to help with the Montgomery County Christmas Store. This is an organization that provides aid to low income families in the area by providing them with a shopping experience for the holidays.
