New Member Welcome Ceremony
The Youngstown State University chapter holds an annual ceremony to welcome new members to the chapter. This event is a way for new members to learn more about the chapter and begin to get involved. This year the chapter had 25 new members that decided to attend. They were all very excited to be a part of SAL and wanted to get involved in helping the community.
The new members were introduced and given a small gift. The officers used this opportunity to talk about upcoming fundraisers and Relay for Life. This gave the new members the chance to see what the chapter will be doing this semester and sign up to get involved.
