Hoops for Huntington’s
Hoops for Huntington’s is a 3-on-3 basketball game to raise money for Huntington’s Disease. SAL members at University of Akron volunteered to make a big impact. At this event, SAL posted signs, registered teams and provided them with their t-shirt. They also sold tickets for the raffle and passed out food to participants.
Chapter President Christina White said of the event, ” This event was a new one for us, and I think it was a great cause. It was a success!”
