Leadership Summit
The Sigma Alpha Lambda El Centro College chapter hosted a Leadership Summit that included over 100 participants and Jonathan Sprinkles, America’s Voted Best Keynote Speaker. Attending students learned a lot from Jonathan Sprinkles positive and refreshing motivational speaking that highlighted Ethics in Leadership by Dr. Mark Thames and Habits of a Leader, facilitated by Ms. Elizabeth Flash.
Sprinkles used his motivational speaking in a fun and interactive technique that allowed the students in attendance to better absorb the successful characteristics of a leader. The Leadership Summit was also able to provide student leaders the opportunities to network, as well as share various student-led initiatives with one another.
This wonderful leadership event ending up helping many SAL students feel more empowered to take on leadership positions, not just within their SAL chapter, but with anything even after graduation
