Salvation Army Volunteering
Sigma Alpha Lambda members at Mississippi State University had a great turnout for their Salvation Army volunteer event. They broke up into two groups, with one working outside and the other inside. Those inside the store sorted through clothing to determine what was to be kept and what was to be tossed. The items kept were then hung up in the store. The outside group cleaned up the patio and loaded trash bins. The group enjoyed working together while getting to know one another on a more personal level.
