SAL Social
The Florida International University Chapter kicked off a great semester by getting to know each other at a social. Lots of members participated and brought food to enjoy while they socialized. As an ice breaker, each member wrote an interesting fact about themselves. Then they went around in a circle and each member had to say the fact that they wrote, then speak more about themselves.
This event was a great way for the officers to introduce themselves and get to know the members. They were also able to talk about some of the fun activities they have planned for the upcoming semester and ask for volunteers for service projects.
