SAVE Chili Cook-Off
SAVE, an organization on the University of Texas San Antonio campus, hosted a Chili Cook-Off to raise money for Dream Runners. At the event, other organizations were asked to enter their chili to be judged by those in attendance. Funds are raised through the fee to enter your chili and through an entry fee for anyone who wants to come try and judge the chili.
The SAL members attended this event as a way of supporting Dream Runners, an organization that encourages K-12 kids to do well in school and to consider attending college. The members got to sample the delicious chili and voted for their favorite. Next year, the chapter hopes to enter their own chili and win!
