Nursing Home
New Mexico State University SAL members recently visited a local nursing home to play games, make a craft, and paint. They helped the residents make flowers out of tissue paper and enjoyed talking with the elderly in the home. While the residents were happy to see the members of Sigma Alpha Lambda, NMSU’s SAL Chapter had a great time as well.
Chapter President Sarah Holt said, “We learned a lot about the residents lives and what they went through to bring them where they are today.”
