Ropes Course
James Madison University SAL Members took bonding to new heights when the chapter participated in their school’s high ropes course together. The officers decided on this event to help develop the chapter as a group and create better relationships with both new and old members. The ropes course used ice breakers and a series of challenges where members had to trust one another to accomplish the team building mission.
Paige Barlow, JMU Chapter Vice President of Membership, feels they will do this event each semester. “At the end of the day we all felt more connected and made a lot of memories while having fun,” she said.
