River Clean Up
The SAL chapter at GVSU participated in the 9th Annual Mayor’s Grand River Clean Up this year. This is a huge event where hundreds of volunteers come together to clean up refuse from the banks of the Grand River. SAL members were a part of the 600 volunteers who cleaned up over 25 miles of the river bank this year.
The GVSU chapter was able to make a difference in their community by taking care of the Grand River so that the community can continue to enjoy it.
