Feeding the Hungry
SAL members from our Florida State University recently invested in their community by volunteering at a local homeless shelter.
The volunteers cut up around 200 pieces of chicken to feed more than 250 people. Then, they helped prepare dinner for the homeless. While there, they also helped sort shampoos and soaps.
Said Chapter President Tiffany Superstein of the activity, “It was very rewarding to help the homeless and give back to the community.”
