Ronald McDonald House Breakfast
The University of Alabama Birmingham Chapter made a difference in their community by cooking breakfast for the families staying at their local Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House is a place for families to stay while their child is receiving treatment at a hospital. They provide a number of services for families to help them during a difficult time.
The members arrived bright and early to prepare the meal for the residents. They took the time to plan a balanced meal and were excited to be able to work together to make the meal and serve it to the residents. The best part was seeing the reaction of the families when they were served breakfast! They were very appreciative and thanked the members for taking the time to prepare the meal for them.
