Second Chance Animal Sanctuary
The University of Oklahoma Chapter has been having a great semester and has done a lot to make a difference in the community! Recently, a group of members and officers went to the Second Chance Animal Sanctuary to lend a hand to the workers there.
The members were able to do a number of tasks that were a big help to the sanctuary but also provided a way for the members to play with the animals. They took the dogs for a walk, cleaned areas of the building, and cleaned and prepped the feline area.
John Farley, Chapter President, said “the activity was a great experience for everyone involved. It was enjoyable for members to be able to interact with the animals and the fantastic staff at this facility.”
