Funky’s Skate Night
The James Madison University Chapter enjoyed a fun night out together as a group. The members arranged a social event and all went to Funky’s Skate Center, a local skating rink, to spend some quality SAL bonding time! The JMU officers divide members into “families” (named Sigma, Alpha, and Lambda) to foster more connection within the chapter. These families each had a theme (Sigma-80s, Alpha-tie-dye, Lambda-superheroes) and skated around dressed up in themed costumes. Members had a blast and thought that this get together was a great bonding experience that brought the members and officers closer together!
