    NOTE: First semester freshmen will likely not meet SAL's eligibility requirements. If your event has freshmen in attendance, you will be sent both provisional applications and regular applications. Provisional applications should go to anyone not meeting the minimum credit hours (12) and cumulative GPA (3.0) criteria. Provisional members do not pay at the time they submit their application but are mailed a follow-up regular application the next semester and are invited to apply should they meet the criteria at that point. Be sure to inquire as to which application each potential member needs to receive.
