This is an opportunity to develop hands on experience in communication, project planning & execution, team building, and time management. Elections occur once per year, typically in early spring. 2020 9-11 Flag Memorial

Each September, Sigma Alpha Lambda chapters take part in a impactful tradition by participating in SAL’s 9-11 Flag Memorial Event. First started by a former SAL president, the 9-11 Flag Memorial Event aims to provide students with an opportunity to honor those who lives were lost due to the events of September 11th, 2001.

Virginia Tech

Bald Knob SAL chapters do a lot of service projects, but other times it is great for members to celebrate a common interest and just enjoy getting to know one another. Virginia Tech’s SAL chapter took advantage of a beautiful day to ride up to Bald Knob by Mountain Lake.

Virginia Tech

Montgomery County Christmas Store SAL’s Virginia Tech Chapter sent a few volunteers to help with the Montgomery County Christmas Store. This is an organization that provides aid to low income families in the area by providing them with a shopping experience for the holidays.
