Run for Trey

The University of Wisconsin Whitewater chapter supported a wonderful event in their community by volunteering at Run for Trey. Going on its eighth year, the annual event pays tribute to Treyton Kilar, a young boy who was hit and killed by a drunk driver.

Chapter members played a key part in the event by helping to set up the Treyton Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course and cheering for participants in the race. The event was well attended, with roughly 200 runners taking part in it.

“The activity was a lot of fun because I got to meet members of our Sigma Alpha Lambda chapter and be involved with Whitewater’s community,” said Chapter President Nicole Fritsche.
